About the Department

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication (E&TC) Engineering is a forward-looking and dynamic discipline at the heart of modern technological advancement. It plays a vital role in shaping the connected world through innovations in areas such as Fiber Optic Communication, Internet of Things (IoT), VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Java programming, and several other emerging technologies.

Established in 2008, the department has been an integral part of the college since its inception. In response to the growing global demand for specialized expertise, a postgraduate program in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Digital Systems was launched in 2012.

Our department is dedicated to nurturing technically competent professionals through a blend of strong theoretical foundations and hands-on practical training. With experienced faculty and state-of-the-art laboratories, we aim to prepare students to meet industry challenges with creativity, innovation, and a strong commitment to societal progress.

The graduates of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering department of T.C.O.E.R. will be able to:

The graduates of the E&TC department of T.C.O.E.R. will be able to:

  • PSO1: Apply the knowledge in E&TC engineering to design, analyze and implement in the field of embedded, communication, networking and software using modern tools and techniques.
  • PSO2: Apply technical skills to complete projects along with ethical and social responsibility.
